You have 14 days to return products.

The returns process requires two simple steps:

1. Return the relevant products to a store as soon as possible, in the same condition as supplied and in their original packaging.
2. Carry the relevant invoice with you.

The duration is in accordance with the relevant applicable laws in your country. In case of offers, special conditions may apply.

Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned or exchanged products, excluding any delivery charges paid during ordering.

Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment.

Al Muznah reserves the right to return a product back to the customer if the returned item does not meet our return guidelines and conditions.

Any item accidentally or incorrectly returned to Al Muznah (items not belonging to Al Muznah) will remain the responsibility of the sender.

Only when your return or exchange meets all the above criteria will the return process proceed.
