To use our website, you must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of making payments, and able to enter into a binding order. Orders are accepted only for delivery within UAE, KSA, and Kuwait. The website is for personal use only, and commercial use is strictly prohibited.

You may browse as a guest or create an account. All information provided must be accurate and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If unauthorized access is detected, you must notify us immediately. Commercial entities are not allowed to register.

Placing an order confirms your intention to purchase. Orders may be refused due to payment issues, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or delivery restrictions. Items added to cart are not reserved until payment is completed. Cash on Delivery orders may require verification, and if not completed within three days, the order may be canceled. An acknowledgment email does not confirm acceptance; acceptance occurs only once a dispatch confirmation is issued.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and online credit payments. By submitting payment details, you confirm authorization to use the provided payment method. If authorization fails, the order may be canceled. International payments may include conversion or issuer charges.

Prices are displayed in AED and exclude taxes, duties, and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Additional charges appear at checkout. In case of a pricing error, if the order has been processed, we may cancel and fully refund the order, honor the incorrect lower amount, or refund the difference if overcharged. If not processed, we will request your approval before proceeding with the corrected price.

Promo codes are valid only under the specified terms, cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and may only be used once unless stated otherwise. Promotions may be changed or discontinued without notice.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. If delivery exceeds 30 days, you may request a full refund. No deliveries are made during UAE public holidays or weekends. Orders can be canceled before being marked as “Processed”. After processing, cancellations must follow the return policy. Terms are available in English and Arabic, and the English version prevails in case of conflict.

Ownership transfers after full payment and delivery. Risk passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver unless specifically stated in writing.
